MEET THE OLEAN STAFF
 Doctors Keith L. Howard and Donald P. Grzankowski practice in the Olean office. Both Optometrists provide thorough routine and diagnostic eye examinations in addition to laser surgery referrals and follow up care. As co-owners of Council Optometric Centers, they offer over 40 years of optical experience to the community.  L.J. Sweet, co-owner, Ophthalmic Dispenser and President of Council Optometric Center, establishes rigid quality assurance guidelines to ensure that every patient receives the best optical care.  Dr. Tara Baideme, OD is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Optometry who joined Council Optometric Center in January 2007 specializing in diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma. Dr. Baideme return to her home town area after practicing in Concord, New Hampshire for several years.
